Waxholm archipelago tour in Stockholm

3-4 hours

When you want to rent a boat in Stockholm with a skipper, this tour fits well. We pick you up at a location of your choice and head out towards Vaxholm. We pass beautiful islands in calm waters. Then we pass the ancient Fredriksborg fortress and turn off towards Lindalssundet. We cruise between beautiful islands and narrow straits and arrive at the narrow and beautiful Stegesund.
We see Vaxholm’s castle up close, which with its glorious history tells about how the defense against the Russians worked. After Vaxholm we go back to Stockholm.
This archipelago tour combines low speed among islands with slightly higher speed on more open water.
Total time approx. 3-4 hours. Our boat charter in Stockholm is flexible, we adapt the trip to your wishes.

Grinda archipelago tour in Stockholm

4-6 hours

When you rent a boat in Stockholm with a skipper, we pick you up at a place of your choice and welcome you with a drink and a snack. The route goes via nice islands and narrow passages. The speed varies between 5 and 25 knots. We go to Grinda via Vaxholm and the beautiful Stegesund. The lunch destination is the award-winning restaurant Grinda Wärdshus. We stay for two hours. Enjoy the lunch at Grinda Wärdshus or the more leisure Grindas framficka (Food is not included in the charter price). When we go back, we take the route via Kodjupet near Waxholm. Day trip around Värmdö

5 hours

A popular archipelago tour is to go around Värmdö. It gives you a wonderful experience when you rent a yacht in Stockholm with a private skipper. We go out through Skurusundet and can see the beautiful environment and the nice houses. We pass historical waters at Baggensstäket where Södermanland’s regiment managed to defend Stockholm against the Russian fleet in 1719. Through narrow Kolström we see beautiful surroundings and fancy houses. We wait briefly for the bridge opening at Strömma canal and later drive under the beautiful Djurö Bridge.
We pass Grinda. Some guests choose to take the opportunity to eat at Grinda Wärdshus (Supplement).

Day trip with lunch at Svartsö krog

6 hours

We pick you up at the place of your choice and welcome you with a drink and snacks. On our way out, we pass the beautiful Waxholm and the charming Stegesund. We pass the narrow Borgsundet north of Grinda and after about two hours we have reached our destination. Svartsö Krog, a popular archipelago restaurant, is a modern bistro that serves really good food in unique surroundings. Two hours later we depart for our return trip. Day trip with lunch at Sandhamn

6-8 hours

Sandhamn is one of the ”lost paradise islands” according to the magazine Travel and Leisure. You can rent a boat from us and experience this paradise. We pick you up at the place of your choice and welcome you with a drink and snacks. On our way out, we pass Skurusundet enjoying the surroundings and beautiful houses. We pass historical waters at Baggenstäket. After the narrow and beautiful Kolström we wait for the bridge to open at Strömma kanal and then we continue to Sandhamn. When we arrive there are several restaurants to choose from (Food is not included in the charter price). We stay for two hours. When going back home we can choose to pass Waxholm and the beautiful and narrow Stegesund, or choose to go via Saltsjöbaden. Total time 8 hours.
